IRON CHEF 2011
Yesterday my church had a cooking competition called the Iron Chef. This year's theme was fish. For the appetizer, my group created sushi filled with tuna and cucumber. Our main course was salmon with a glazed soy sauce and fettucini alfredo. It was hard to incorporate fish into our dessert, so we were lame and just put fish shaped graham crackers on lemon-cranberry tart. (I heard a group made salmon icecream and it was pretty good.)
